Daily ACEO Art Card #43 Creepy Clown with Moving Eyes

Here's a fun twist on my ACEOs: a clown with movable eyes and mouth! I was inspired to create this one when I saw a creepy cast iron clown piggy bank at an antique shop. His eyes and mouth move when you pull down on the arrow. Click Here To Buy It
